The Co-op has made a new application to change the use of the Royal Oak from a pub to a convenience store. The new application may be found on NLC’s planning website here. As you will see, the application is identical to the last one but with some more information to address the main reasons for rejection of their last application. Residents have until the 3rd August to submit their comments for or against the application on NLC’s website.
